really be expressed in a few words and I am definitely not an expert! So I

The main purpose of this site is to promote
my attempts at the art
of filmmaking and to share the experience. Not until recent years has this very
expensive hobby been available
to the average person not affiliated with the financial powerhouse of
Hollywood. With the introduction of home computers and digital cameras,
this all changed. Now, anyone can create a film with just a few tools,
a little talent and the desire. Can it really be called filmmaking
when you are using digital cameras? Well I used to think not until I
started seeing the productions made with digital cameras and I'm talking about
prosumer cameras! I also begin to notice that the big guys like George
Lucas and Robert Rodriguez started making multimillion dollar films with digital
cameras. George Lucas being one of the pioneers in digital cameras for
film production.
I do not claim to be an expert and it is
my purpose to use
this site as a learning and sharing tool. I love everything about filmmaking from
acting to special effects. I enjoy meeting people of the same interest and
desires for filmmaking, acting, writing, computer graphics, ...the whole
cycle! I also enjoy knife making and the martial arts.
